Windows 7 Network Connection "Limited Connectivity" on Startup, Restart, from Sleep, or Hibernate
Hello everyone, I have Seven RC. I installed it and had no trouble with networking. I installed Sun VirtualBox, which includes a virtual network adapter for virtual machines. Everything still fine. Connecting to various Wireless and Wired networks Then in the middle of last month, this issue started: Whenever I resume, from cold, restart, sleep, or hibernate, it takes about a minute for the network to be ready. Before, it was instantanious. While it is not available, the network status when connecting to a wireless network shows connected, but limited connectivity. No internet access, and the icons show the Wireless Network Available icon. When connected to the wired network, the computer with the red X icon, and no network connection. Then in about a minute, the wait circle icon, and then network access. This happens every time I resume/start the computer. I do get internet, but it is very frustrating, having to wait a minute or so before looking up something simple on the web. Do you think it is VirtualBox? or something else more likely? Thanks, Daniel Screenshot of network status before it connects:

I believe that this issue is related to VirtualBox. I'm running Windows 7 Profession (32-bit) on a Dell Latitude E6500. I started experiencing this issue around when I installed VirtualBox. After uninstalling VirtualBox, this issue went away. Disabling the VirtualBox interface did not fix the issue. I did not experiment to see if different VirtualBox networking configurations affected this issue in different ways.
